By using my services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all customers, clients, and anyone using my services through Dylan Signed Me. I am not liable for the legality, accuracy, or content of documents, or the financial outcomes resulting from notarization. All content on this website is for informational purposes only.Â
I reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.Â
2. Services Provided
Notarial services are provided in accordance with California state laws. Mobile services are provided at agreed upon locations. Loan signing services are provided when
applicable. Signers are responsible for understanding the documents they sign.Â
I am not an attorney. I do not provide legal advice.
3. Identification Requirements
All signers must be physically present at the time of notarization. All signers must provide a valid, government- issued identification. All signers must be mentally competent and willing to sign. If any of these requirements are not met, it will result in the refusal of service. Fees may still apply.
4. Fees & Payment
California notary fee of $15 per notarized signature. Oath fee of $15 per oath. Same day rush fee of $50. Base travel fee of $20 plus $5 per 10 miles.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon previously. Accepted payment methods are cash, Zelle, and Venmo. No documents will be released until payment is received in full.Â
5. Limitation of Liability
Dylan Signed Me (Dylan Bryant) is not liable for the legality, accuracy, or content of documents, or any financial outcomes resulting from notarization. I am not responsible for any delays caused by incomplete documents or client unavailability. I am not responsible for delays caused by conditions outside of my control, such as traffic and weather delays.

6. Loan Signing Disclaimer
For loan signings Dylan Signed Me (Dylan Bryant) acts only as a signing agent, not a lender or legal advisor. Any questions regarding loan terms must be directed to the lender or escrow officer.Â
I am not a lender, escrow officer, or legal advisor.Â
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients and/ or signers must be present and ready at the scheduled appointment time. A grace period of 15 minutes may be allowed in some circumstances.
Clients and/or signers agree to provide accurate and complete documents and to review documents prior to the appointment. Client and or/ signers agree to provide valid government issued identification.Â
I am not responsible for client errors, omissions, or document content.Â
8. Refusal of Service
I (Dylan Bryant) reserve the right to refuse service if: proper identification is not provided by each signer; or the signer(s) appear unwilling, coerced, or not mentally competent; documents are incomplete or contain blank spaces; or the request violates California state laws or regulations.Â
9. Privacy & Confidentiality
Your information is kept private and secure. All personal information and appointment information is used only for the completion of services. Documents and client details are kept confidential. Information will not be shared except as required by law.Â
By booking or using services through Dylan Signed Me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
